Early in his career, “Zima” was trained and shown by a professional Colorado cutting trainer. His career was limited due to people issues, not due to capability. Zima is quiet in the herd and has a lot of style and grace when working cattle.
Zima is a handsome stallion with conformation indicative of his foundation breeding. He has strong bone structure and a solid build. Zima is over 14.3 hands and weighs about 1100 lbs. He has more than 80% foundation breeding and is registered with the National Foundation Quarter Horse Association. Zima has been officially retired from the cutting arena as of 2009.
Major Accomplishments :
Won over $2,600 in NCHA during a limited career
Achieved an NCHA Certificate of Ability
Sired foals that are successful in both roping and barrel racing
Zima’s quick agility and calm disposition are passed on to his foals. We encourage you to give him a look and know you will be more than satisfied with a foal from this amazing stallion.
